The General Manager of the company accompanied the client throughout the production site, providing a comprehensive introduction to the complete production process of our core product-high-purity Pyromellitic Dianhydride (PMDA).
Starting with the catalytic oxidation of the raw material durene, the General Manager explained in detail the key process control points involved in producing crude anhydride. Subsequently, emphasis was placed on the precision purification process: through multi-stage solvent recrystallization, gradient heating sublimation, and high-vacuum distillation technologies, impurities are effectively removed, ensuring that product purity consistently meets the high standard of ≥99.5%. In this process, our company employs independently optimized crystallization control techniques and online quality monitoring systems, achieving coordinated management of product crystal form, purity, and color consistency, thereby guaranteeing uniformity across each batch.
