High-pyrolysis waste tire catalyst

This catalyst, operating in a non-hydrogen-exposed environment at ambient pressure, utilizes a special material as a matrix and, through the loading of noble metals and other active components, possesses the following core advantages：

1. Structural characteristics: Optimized pore distribution and specific surface area ensure hydrothermal stability; designed with a cracking function targeting the macromolecular structure in tire oils, significantly reducing oil odor.

2. Performance：

• The cracked oil is pale yellow with a density of 0.85-0.86, an increased cetane number, reduced C2 dry gas production, and a liquid yield exceeding 80%.
• It possesses pour point depressant function (pouring point from -20℃ to 0℃), exhibits excellent stripping and regenerated coke combustion performance, inhibits coke precursor deposition, and extends the reaction cycle. 

3. Application convenience 

• The reactor can be directly adapted to the original reaction vessel, and the process can be completed by heating and distillation.
• One ton of catalyst can process 800 tons of tire oil. After 2-3 regenerations, the cost increases by 50-100 yuan/ton, eliminating the need for acid and alkali washing processes.
