Product uses
Acrylonitrile 99.5% can be used to synthesize polyacrylonitrile, nylon 66, nitrile rubber,
ABS resin, polyacrylamide, acrylate, and grain fumigant. Acrylonitrile is an intermediate
of fungicide, and an intermediate of bromothiofenitrile, propoxur, chlorpyrifos and
chlordimefon.
It can also be prepared for the production of methyl chrysanthemum pyrethroid, which
is also an intermediate of the insecticide chlorpheniramine. Acrylonitrile 99.5% is an
important monomer of synthetic fiber, synthetic rubber and synthetic resin. Acrylonitrile
butadiene rubber can be obtained by copolymerization of acrylonitrile and butadiene.
It has excellent oil resistance, cold resistance, abrasion resistance and electrical
insulation properties, and is stable under the action of most chemical solvents, sunlight
and heat.

A copolymer of acrylonitrile-methoxypolyethylene glycol (350) monoacrylate-lithium
acrylate for lithium-ion battery gel electrolyte was prepared by emulsion polymerization.
The structure of the copolymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and
differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
The microporous membrane of the copolymer was prepared by the inversion method,
which significantly improved the solubility of the poly(acrylonitrile-methoxypolyethylene
glycol (350) monoacrylate) copolymer.
At the same time, the shrinkage of the membrane was also improved. The conductivity
of the gel electrolyte membrane at room temperature was tested by the AC impedance
method. The results show that the gel electrolyte has a relatively high ionic conductivity
and can meet the usage requirements of existing lithium-ion batteries.

by direct combination of acetylene and hydrogen cyanide.
